The master timetable represents the teaching week as a timeline. Each item that is selected in the Views pane is represented by a row in the timeline. For example, if you select two locations then the timeline contains two rows, so that you can distinguish the timetable of each location. An activity that is associated with a selected item appears in the corresponding row, at the appropriate point in the timeline.
You can use this view to find an available time for any of the items selected in the Views pane. To display times that the selected activities can be rescheduled to, see Indicate when an activity can be scheduled.
