Indicate when an activity can be scheduled

Enterprise Timetabler can indicate suitable start times for an activity. Of these start times, it can indicate which are the most suitable.

To display a diamond at suitable start times, follow this step:

  • Click Show start times (see 1, below) on the Timetable toolbar.
  • If an activity is selected in the table in the Activities pane, the diamonds (2) indicate when that activity can be rescheduled.
  • If no activity is selected, the diamonds indicate when a new activity that is of default length can be scheduled. The default length is set in the field (3) beside the Show start times button.

To display the relative suitability of each start time (see 4 and 5 below), follow this step:

  • Click Show scores (6) on the Timetable toolbar. For more information about this function, see Show scores.
