Access logs

You can access the data synchronisation log, and the logs for Enterprise Foundation applications. If you access support for Scientia software, you might be asked to submit log files for analysis.

To access the data synchronisation log, follow this step:

  • In the Help menu, click Synchronisation Log. The log opens.
  • Alternatively, to open the folder that contains the log, in the Help menu, click About Enterprise Timetabler. Then, in the About Enterprise Timetabler window, click the button beside the Local Database file path.

To access the logs for Enterprise Foundation applications, follow this step:

  • In the Help menu, click About Enterprise Timetabler. Then, in the About Enterprise Timetabler window, click the button beside the Logs file path. The folder that contains the logs opens.
