Activities that are too large

When you manually allocate student sets to activities, it possible for you to allocate a group of student sets whose collective size is far lower than the planned size of the activity.

The bar and the number beside Too large by >= [0-100]% in the Activities section of the dashboard indicates how many activities are too large. In the percentage box, enter a number. For example, if you enter 5, the dashboard indicates how many activities have a planned size that exceeds the real size by 5% or more.

You can resolve this problem by reducing the planned size of the activity. If the activity is already scheduled, the location that it is allocated to might now be unnecessarily large. This situation will not generate a scheduling problem in Enterprise Timetabler. So, if you reduce the size of the activity, you might want to allocate it a location that better suits its new size.
