Templates with no activities
Modules and activity templates are created in response to a demand for activities. A module represents a subject that a student can study, and its activity templates describe how the module is delivered, from the perspective of a student taking that module. For example, a module might be delivered as one lecture and one tutorial; the module will have one template for the lecture, and one template for the tutorial. To accommodate the students studying the module, Enterprise Course Planner can create a sufficient number of activities from those templates.
If no activities have been generated from a particular template, then there are no activities for the students on its module to attend.
The bar and the number beside With no activities in the Templates area of the dashboard indicate how many templates have no activities.
To resolve the problem, click Show beside the indicator. The Activity Template Editor window lists the templates that have no modules. In this window, you can generate activities.
