Programmes with too many reserved spaces

A programme of study has a Reserved size property. You can reserve spaces to accommodate students who might arrive after the academic year begins.

Reserved spaces cannot be occupied, because the number of reserved spaces reduces the number of available spaces. After the initial programme enrolment period has ended, you might release the reserved spaces.

You can use the bar and the number beside With >= [0-100]% reserved spaces in the Programmes area of the dashboard to identify programmes that have more reserved spaces than they should. In the percentage box, enter a number. For example, if you enter 20, the dashboard indicates how many programmes have a number of reserved spaces that is 20% or more of the programme's total size.

To resolve the problem, click Show beside the indicator. The Programme Editor window lists the programmes that have too many reserved spaces. In the Programme Editor window, click Planning Formulae to make reserved spaces available.
